About Me

Hey there, I am a husband, dad to little Oliver, and a longtime pastor who can’t shake the conviction that young adults are poised to change the world when their everyday lives collide with Jesus. I shepherd the young-adult community at Mercy Road Church in Carmel, Indiana, while finishing a Doctorate of Ministry in Spiritual Formation and planting a new micro-church network. With a math brain, two leadership-focused master’s degrees, and 14 years of ministry behind me, I love translating solid theology into Monday-morning practice. The Young Adult Disciple blog & podcast is where we wrestle with real questions, share honest stories, and pursue Spirit-led growth—together.

Here's More On My Experience And Qualifications.

With over a decade of pastoral leadership focused on young adults and families, I bring extensive experience in spiritual formation, discipleship, and organizational development to support The Young Adult Network’s mission. I currently serve as the Family Ministry and Young Adult Pastor at Mercy Road Church in Carmel, Indiana, where I provide strategic leadership, cast vision, and oversee programming that engages young adults in deep, authentic community. My background includes a B.S. in Mathematics, an M.A. in Organizational Leadership and Church Multiplication, and I’m currently completing a Doctor of Ministry in Spiritual Formation—reflecting a lifelong commitment to equipping the next generation for spiritual depth and holistic growth. I’ve led national youth conferences, developed leadership pipelines for emerging adults, and pastored in diverse urban and suburban contexts. Whether mentoring small group leaders or creating spaces for healing and transformation, I am passionate about helping young adults discover identity, purpose, and belonging in Christ.
